Deposit/Cancellations: Room rates are based on single or double occupancy and there is a $15 per person/per night charge for additional people. Maximum occupancy per suite is 4 - 5 people. A $100 security deposit is required at the time of booking. Room rates are subject to HI state tax of 11.4%. Reservations not secured by a deposit within 7 days may be cancelled. Cancellations must be received 45 days before check-in to receive a deposit refund (less a $50 processing fee). Cancellations less then 45 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the full amount, unless we are able to re-rent your accommodation. Some guests like to purchase travel insurance to prevent any unforeseen problems spoiling their vacation. No refunds for early departure. As a small family owned business it is our policy to make sure our guests are happy.
